SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY:
- NO REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS 

- Participant substitutions permitted at no charge up to 48 hours before the seminar start  time.

- IIBC reserves the right to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded.
* Membership fees are non-refundable * 

CIP IN-CLASS COURSE WITHDRAWALS:

EVENING and ON-LINE classes: Once your form is received in our office you are registered. Requests for withdrawal MUST be received prior to commencement of the second class.  No refunds will be made for texts that are not current, or have been marked in. Approved withdrawals are subject to a $60.00 (incl HST) withdrawal fee and course text charge.  NO REFUND will be given after the second class. Transferring to distance learning is not permitted and considered a cancellation. Transfers to other In-Class, Online or Fast Track courses can be arranged, however, after the transfer deadline transfers are subject to $30 administration fee. *  All cancellations/withdrawals must be made in writing (email, fax or mail). *  Membership fees are non-refundable.

FAST TRACK classes: Approved withdrawals are subject to a $60.00 (incl HST) withdrawal fee and course text charge.  No refunds will be made for texts that are not current, or have been marked in. Request for withdrawal must be received prior to the exam registration deadline: - December Exams (Fall): deadline to cancel October 1 - April Exams (Winter): deadline to cancel February 1 - July Exams (Spring): deadline to cancel May 1 No refund will be given after the above deadlines. Transferring to distance learning is not permitted and considered a cancellation. Golf tournament will run RAIN or SHINE! 
-  NO REFUNDS

-  Participant substitutions permitted up to 2 weeks prior.

-  IBC Reserves the right to cancel the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances. 
    Should this occur, registration fees will be refunded.
